Ethel Louise Pearson, of Kansas City, KS, passed away at home in the loving comfort of her family and dear friends. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2002, at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.
All who knew Louise were witnesses to her amazing spirit of love and her servant's heart. She selflessly placed all others before herself, and is loved by God for it. Our Mother is a child of God, and was a member of the RLDS Church, now the Community of Christ Church. She also was a member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Pearson was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Pearson and two brothers, John and Richard Moore. She is survived by two brothers, Bill Moore, Scottsdale, AZ and Charles Moore, Mesa AZ; three sisters, Wanda Hamilton, Lorna Lawson and Agnes Moore, all of Kansas City, KS; Jim and Louise were married for 43 years and had eight children, five sons Butch, Joe, twins Jeff and James and Tommy, as well as three daughters Linda Adcox and husband Danny, Yvette Peterson and husband Steve and Christine Pearson of the home. Louise was also blessed to be the wonderful grandmother to nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Special acknowledgement of Sonny Elliott who was also a lifelong friend and family member.
