Bonnie Lou Parker Rheams, age 82, who was a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on February 24, 2015.

Bonnie is survived by six children, Barbara Ledet of Prairieville, Peggy Harrell and husband Danny of Baton Rouge, James Rheams and wife Linda of Addis, Glenn Rheams and wife Julie of Zachary, Larry Rheams and wife Dianne of Angleton, Texas, and Judy Normand and husband Thomas Weldon of Jackson; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; sister, Bobbie Easley of Pride and one brother, Ronnie Parker of Tyler, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband; A.J. Rheams; parents, Andrew and Elizabeth Parker; two brothers and five sisters.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Visiting hours will resume on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 8:00 am until time of service. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 10:00 am at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, officiant will be Basil Wicker and Burnie Schmidt.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Whitney Paul Ledet, Philip Ledet, Jason Rheams, Caleb Rheams, Zachary Lee Rheams, and Thomas Schwartz. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Hebert and Zachary Ray Rheams.
