For over 25 years, she was employed at Dairy Queen on Main Street in Vancouver, beginning in about 1976.
In the years following, she cared for her parents, especially her mother during her years of declining health.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Gordon 1971; father, Daryl F. Gordon 1996; mother, Elsie (Larsen) Gordon 2013; brother, Jimmy Gordon 2014.
She is survived by one uncle, Gene Gordon, Vancouver; two aunts, Helen (Radditz) Gordon, Vancouver and Georgia (Driver) Larsen, LaCenter; nephew, Kenneth and (Claudia) Gordon, LaCenter; two grandnephews, Francisco Sanchez and Aston Gordon, LaCenter; extended family, Daniel Boone, John L. Carpenter, Joel P. Carpenter, Shayne McGuffie, Janelle Carpenter, Josiah Clevidence, Karen R. and Byron Brodehl; as well as several cousins which she loved and adored.
Kathy loved scenic drives in the country, listening to old country music, cooking, baking, and always doing for others. She poured out her love to those near and far, sharing her heart of gold and will be lovingly remembered by all.
Funeral services to be held Friday, Feb 27,11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Layne's Funeral Home, Battle Ground, Denton Harlan; officiating. Graveside committal immediately following at the LaCenter Cemetery.
