She was first married to John E Durham, who served as the First Sergeant of the 52nd Ordnance Company at the Savanna Proving Grounds, and died in 1940. She married Henry Holling in 1945 in Savanna. Henry died in 1973. Dorothy was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Savanna. She enjoyed spending her days outdoors, gardening and fishing.
