Richard B. Stine, age 70, passed away on May 12, 2014. Richard was born in Richmond, VA, and resided in Norfolk, VA.

He is survived by his soul mate, beloved wife Alana Stine; sister, Winnie Joyner and her husband Linwood; a son, Richard Thomas Stine; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

He was a Navy veteran of 20 years and a member of The American Legion Post 327 for 25 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 21, 2014, at 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post 327, 706 Lesner Ave, Norfolk, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the American Heart Association, American Lung Association or the Disabled American Veterans.
