Betty was born on October 6, 1936 in Flint to the late Godfrey and June (Coberly) Wolfe. She was a 1955 graduate of Schumaker High School in Gate City, VA. Betty married Julius Thomas on December 4, 1971 in Clio. Mrs. Thomas retired from Buick on May 1, 1992 with 28 years seniority and was a member of the UAW local # 599. She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star Defunct Chapter in Kingsport, Tennessee. Betty was an avid reader. She Loved animals and was a very proud and active donor with MSU College of Veterinary Medicine. She also loved the Detroit Tigers.
