~FUNERAL MONDAY FOR INFANT BOY

Funeral Services were held Monday afternoon in Mount Pleasant Second LDS Ward Chapel for Michael Chris SORENSEN, 10-month-old son of Royal Chris and LuAnn Bigler SORENSEN, who died June 09, 1973 of natural causes in a Salt Lake City hospital.

Vernile Shelley, bishop of the Second Ward, conducted the Services. Jay Manning gave the family prayer; prelude and postlude organ music, Judy Anderson; invocation, John Irons; poem, Carolyn Nielson; speaker, Bishop Gene E. Speakman; vocal solo, Phyllis Tucker, accompanied by Judy Anderson; speaker, Bishop Keith Jorgensen; remarks, Bishop Shelley; benediction, Dale Nielson.

Interment was in Mount Pleasant City Cemetery directed by Ursenbach Funeral Home. Clair Sorensen gave the dedicatory prayer. John Bigler, John Irons, Jay Manning and Dale Nielson were pallbearers.

The baby boy was born August 12, 1972 in Mount Pleasant.

Surviving are his parents; grandparents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Royal SORENSEN, Mount Pleasant; Mr. and Mrs. John L. BIGLER, Indianola; great-grandparents, Mrs. Val KUMP, Mount Pleasant; Mrs. Ora SPENCER, Spanish Fork.
