Willie L. Kay was born Dec. 23, 1913, to Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kay in Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his son, Leon Leonard.
Survivors: Wife, Dovie Kay; sons, Alvin Leonard and wife, Darlene, Calvin Leonard and wife, Louise, Don Leonard and wife, Michelle; daughter, Lois Henderson and husband, Joe; daughter-in-law, Cara Leonard; and sister, Ida Wisering and husband, Frank.
