Rosetta was born on September 30, 1953 in Mexico, MO the daughter of James Thomas Johnson and Geraldine (Holt) Bruner. She worked as a housekeeping supervisor for the Hilton Hotel and was a member of the Red Hats.
Rosetta was a hard worker. She was a very loving person who would take in anyone’s children and help anybody. She was a mother to many. She enjoyed life and loved to paint and participate in gaming activities.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Geraldine Bruner of Springfield; son, Lonnie Johnson; daughters, Wanetta “Missy” Johnson, Olivia Perry and Tameka Johnson all of Springfield; sisters, Jamesetta Johnson, Patricia Johnson, Wanda Jean Johnson all of Springfield; grandchildren: Eboni Johnson, Xavier Johnson, Aleia Cronister, Fantasia Johnson, Dominique Johnson, Omarious Taylor, Oreionna Taylor, Omarionna Taylor, La’Maria Perry-Robinson, Karlos Reynolds, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, sister-Sheraldine Jones, grandmother, Mabel Reynolds,special friend, Oliver Perry.
