Charles A. Poulson, 58, prominent woolgrower and rancher died of a heart attack Wednesday morning. He was found dead Wednesday in his sheep camp near the Cleveland reservoir in the East mountains. He left his home Tuesday morning to assist in moving his flocks from the summer grounds on the forest reserve to the desert winter range.
He was born in Castle Dale, Emery county, July 6, 1891, a son of Alexander M. and Jane Truscott Poulson. He came to Mt. Pleasant as a child and as a young man associated himself with his father and brothers in the sheep business.
He was married in Manti Sept. 2, 1924, to Druella P. Meyrick. He is survived by his widow; two sons and two daughters, Charles A. Jr., George James, Ann Jane, and Barbara D. Poulson, all of Mt. Pleasant; two brothers and four sisters, Shirley and Harold Poulson, Mrs. Stella P. Clement and Mrs. Vera P. Perham, Springville; Mrs. Tressa P Bateman, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Dorothy P. Larsen, San Francisco, Cal.
