Visitation will be held Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Chapel of the Valley-L.B. Hall Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with Bob Wood, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. A reception will be held at the Taprock Event Center after interment.

Deardorff was born April 20, 1930, in Klamath Falls to Hubert and Alma Pound. On Nov. 21, 1947, in Myrtle Creek, she married Donald Ray Deardorff, who survives. They moved to Grants Pass in 1964 from Sutherlin. In 1972, along with three partners, they formed Fourply Inc. (formerly Agnew Plywood). By 1981, she and her husband bought out the final partner in the business and became sole owners. In 1984, they formed Eagle Veneer, which is still in operation in Junction City and Harrisburg.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Denise Pratt of Junction City, and Susan Brace of Grants Pass; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
