Victor Wagner age 90 of Festus, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at his home. He was born August 4, 1924 in Herculaneum, Missouri the son of the late Clarissa (nee Thompson) and Alois Wagner. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Mary (nee Hill) Wagner, brother Vincent (the late Betty) Wagner and sisters Adalene (the late Albert) Herbert and Alberta (the late Carter) Ball.
