POTTSVILLE-Herman E. Hoke, 93, formerly of Donaldson, died Friday in Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
He had lived for several years in the Tremont Nursing Home; was retired as a machine operator from Fisher and Porter Co. in Hatboro and as a miner; and was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Donaldson.
He was the widower of Elsie Patrick Hoke. Surviving are two sisters, Helen C. Miller of Valley View and Ruth L. Clemens of Donaldson, and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11 am Monday in the chapel of Dimon Funeral Homes, Tower City. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Tower City.
Viewing will be from 10 to 11 am Monday in the chapel.
