Funeral service for Patrick Wayne Foster, 27, Lawton, will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2015, in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Darrell Balmer officiating.
Patrick passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015, in Lawton.
Burial will be in the Cache Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 5-8 pm Sunday, February 22, 2015, at the funeral home.
Patrick was born August 29, 1987 in Lawton to Jim and Donna Foster. He grew up in Lawton and attended Roosevelt, Whittier and Park Lane Elementary Schools, MacArthur Junior High School and was a 2006 graduate of MacArthur High School. He was also a graduate of Cameron University in 2013 with a degree in Multimedia Design.
As a boy Patrick had an interest in sports cars and art. He was honored as a "Prowler Event" recipient by the Plymouth Prowler Owners Association. He loved music and enjoyed bands like "Rush" and "Pink Floyd" and played the electric bass guitar, having played in the school orchestra and participated in his family's band. He was an enthusiast of Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in October of 2007 and was a member of the Lawton Heritage Hills Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Patrick is survived by his parents, of the home; his brother and sister in law, Jeremy and Donna Foster, McAlester, Oklahoma; his sister, Jessica Foster, Lawton; maternal grandparents, Burl and Deloris Goodwin, Anadarko, Oklahoma; aunts and uncles, Karen and Dan Christian, Douglas and Donna Goodwin, Glenda and James McRae, Stephen and Inge Foster, Dennis Foster and Rick and Sherry Foster; numerous cousins and friends.
His paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Lois Foster, preceded him in death.
