Leatha Faye Lewis, age 87, of Fairborn passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.

She was born the daughter of Dennie & Lillie (Perry) Lewis on January 17, 1928 in Blaze, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband Orland Johnson, 2nd husband Forrest Lewis, brothers Arnold, Stanley, Ray, Earl, and Winston Lewis, sister Reva Peyton-Abner, and a daughter Pauletta Sue Johnson.

She is survived by Sheila (David) Faulkner, sister Verna Sergent and Lorena Lewis, granddaughter Lisa, great granddaughter Stormy, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a longtime member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Fairborn. Leatha was a loving mother, sister and grandmother.

She will be missed by all who love her. Friends may call in the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 11AM to Noon. Services will be held at Noon.

The interment to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
