Marlene Ruth Jordan, 79, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 21, 2015, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Texas. Services are under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Marlene passed away February 17, 2015, in Wills Point.

Marlene Ruth Richey Jordan was born November 14, 1935, to the late Thomas Stanford Richey and Faye Lyons Richey. Marlene attained her bachelor’s degree in education and was employed by the Pasadena and Beaumont School Districts, where she taught school for twenty years. She married Victor Jordan in November 2004 in Texas City and she moved to Vic’s hometown to make her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as, her husband, Gary McKee and her son, Scott Moore.

Marlene is survived by her husband, Vic Jordan of Wills Point; son, Ron Moore and wife Kristi of Keller; daughter, Vickie Reiersgord and husband Keith of Allen; step-son, Mike Jordan and wife, Mary of Canton; sister, Alice Faye Christopherson; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Friday night.
