Her passions in life were her Faith, Travel, and Family. Glenda is survived by: daughter Susan Diane Hardin, son James Scott Hardin, and beloved granddaughter Ella Sue Hardin. Glenda was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Burley Bowman. Glenda is survived by her mother, Mary Mazeleen Bowman, brother, Glenn Burley Bowman, Jr., sisters, Patricia Walker, Pamela Gutknecht, Kimberly McLeod, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and her precious dog ""Spike."" Services for Glenda Diane Bowman-Peck are scheduled for December 12, 2009 11 a.m. at Pendry's Funeral Home in Lenoir, North Carolina. The family would like to invite friends for a celebration of Glenda's life, following the services. With loving memory ""For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
