He was born in Laporte, Indiana to the late James and Ruby A. Cook.
Ray was a United States Air Force Veteran where he served his country in the Vietnam War. Ray retired from Wal-Mart Distribution after 28 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be missed.
Ray is survived by his wife of 36 years, Shirley (Johnson) Cook; one son, Tony Crotzer and wife Nicole of Flower Mound, Texas; one daughter, Tammy Foster and husband, Ed of Kensett, Arkansas; one grandson, Adrian Crotzer; two brothers, Utah Cook of Searcy, Arkansas, and Dee Cook of Wichita Falls, Texas; two sisters, and Barbara Duncan of Searcy, Arkansas.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ruby A. Cook.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 18th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 19th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with interment following at White County Memorial Gardens.
