ALSUP, Mary E. (Mallory) 68 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Monday, February 16, 2015. She was born October 5, 1946 in Glen Daniels, West Virginia to Clinton and Mary (Saunders) Mallory.
She and her family moved to Dayton in the early 1950's. Mary attended Roosevelt High School. She was very active in church. Over her lifetime, she was Pastor of Joshua Temple, Assistant Pastor of the House of David, Assistant Pastor of the Outreach House of Prayer, and Assistant Pastor of Shiloh Triumphant Temple.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Therial L. Alsup Sr.; parents, grandparents; (4) brothers, Steven, Timothy, Tyrone and William Mallory, and (1) sister, Lana Garrett.
Mary is survived by her children: daughter, Joyce M. Alsup; sons, Therial L. (Alicia) Alsup, Jr, and Harrison E. Alsup; (7) grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren; (3) sisters, Lonnie Mae Vanzant, Joyce Ford, and Phyllis Moore, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM on THURSDAY, February 19, 2015 at THOMAS FUNERAL HOME, 4520 Salem Ave.
