Infant son of Robert George (or George Robert) Parker and Harriet Ann Slack. His mother died in Brigham City, Utah, on 6 Nov 1882, in childbirth with his infant sister, Amy, who also died. I can't find where either of them are buried, but a very touching poem was included in Harriet's obituary:

PARKER-At Brigham City, Utah Territory, November 6th, 1882, Harriet Ann Slack, wife George R. Parker. Born at Mansfield, Notis, England, September 15th, 1849. She leaves a husband and four children to mourn her loss.
'Neath the shadow of the mountains
My darling lies at rest,
With her little daughter sleeping
Upon her quiet breast.

A tender, patient mother,
A ture and faithful wife;
She is gone to join her loved ones
In the realms of endless life.
