Julia is survived by her husband of 55 years, LTC (Ret) William E. Greene, of Killeen, TX; her son, William D. Greene of Mansfield, TX; granddaughter, Maddison; and sister, Annette Kleinmann of Isaquah, Washington.
She was a dedicated educator for over 30 years, teaching and influencing elementary students in various schools during her career. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and continued to be active in the First United Methodist Church of Killeen as a member and Sunday School teacher up until her passing.
Julia gave herself continually throughout her life, caring for and teaching others without thought of the sacrifice to herself. She was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother, and will be missed greatly by her family and friends. Rest well and be at peace Julia. You have earned it.
Services have been entrusted to Killeen Memorial Funeral Home.
