Funeral services for Betty J. Hudeck Lundstedt, 82, of Richmond will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 507 S. 4th Street in Richmond, Texas, with Fr. Howard Drabek officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a rosary and wake service to be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

Betty was born Jan. 1, 1927 in Houston, Texas, to Edward Otto and Mollie Victoria (Walters) Pech. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Richmond and was the church organist for many years. At Sacred Heart Catholic Church, she was a member of the St. Margaret/Mary Society. Betty enjoyed tending to her garden and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Betty passed away on Nov. 24, 2009 at her home in Richmond.

Betty is preceded in death by her first husband, Frank John Hudeck, and her second husband, Larry Lane Lundstedt, and her parents, Edward and Mollie Pech.

She is survived by her daughters, Becky Morse and husband, John, Mollie Chapman and friend, Bill Bowles, and Mindy Stevens; grandchildren, Angie Cao and husband, Chris, Casey Stevens, Kelly Stevens, Wesley Stevens, and Frank Chapman; along with other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers will include Wesley Stevens, Kelly Stevens, Frank Chapman, Chris Cao, John Morse, and John Foster. Honorary pallbearers will include Angie Cao and Casey Stevens.

For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Building Fund, 507 S. Fourth Street, Richmond, Texas, 77469.
