Mrs. Grace J. Rice, age 89, died Monday, February 28, 2005 at the Fountainview Retirement Village in Grant. She married Frank Herbert Rice on April 20, 1935 in Michigan City, Indiana and he preceded her in death on February 18, 1988. She is survived by her children, Marilyn & Gerald James of Bailey, Herbert & Ruth Rice of Brunswick, MO, Frank & RoseAnn Rice of Arnold, MO; 7 grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren; her sisters, Ada Ulrey of White Cloud and Clara Gary of Whitehall. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Friday, March 4, 2005 with her grandson Rev. Jonathan Rice officiating. Interment will be in the Seaman Cemetery near Bailey. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday. For memorials please consider the Casnovia Reformed Church Building Fund.
