Melissa Dawn (Vandiver) Graves of Haskell, OK was born September 25, 1977 in
Tulsa, OK to Jim and Shawna (Vandiver) Bennett and passed from this life June 9,
2007 in Haskell at the age of 29.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at Assembly of God Church.
Interment will follow at Haskell Cemetery, Haskell, OK. Officiating will be Rev.
John Moats and Rev. Donald Hogue Jr. Casketbearers are Chad Webb, Todd Webb,
Gary Cheatham, Jerrod Faught, Dewayne Hunnicutt, Raymond Hurst. Honorary Casket
Bearers are Jimmy Bennett, Doug Bennett, Heath Wells, Ernie Bindrum and Andy
Vandiver.

Melissa was a graduate of Broken Arrow High School. She and Jason Graves were
married on January 2, 2001 in Washington County, Arkansas. She was a member of
the Lighthouse by the River Church and served as secretary of the Haskell
Legends eight and under baseball team.

Mrs. Graves leaves behind to mourn her memory, her husband Jason Graves of the
home, sons, James Roger Graves and Jerred Chance Graves also of the home,
parents Jimmy Joe Bennett of Broken Arrow, Shawna Vandiver Collins of Porter,
grandparents Jim Vandiver of Broken Arrow, Pauline Forbes of Porter, Ruth and
Dwight Orr of Sapulpa, Johnny and Dorothy Villarreal of Broken Arrow, brothers,
Jimmy Joe Bennett Jr., of Porter, Douglas James Bennett and wife Amanda of Enid,
half-sister Angela Villarreal of Skiatook, father-in-law and mother-in-law Roger
and Sue Graves of Haskell, brother-in-law Shannon Graves of Haskell, numerous
aunts, uncles, and many, many friends.

Melissa was a loving wife, mother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all
who knew her.
