Mr. Matthew Joseph Graham, age 46 of North Wilkesboro, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February, 10, 2015 2:00 PM at New Damascus Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ronald Howell, Rev. Willie Jackson, Rev Romie Horton and Dr. Bob Graham officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at the Church. Burial will be in the High View Cemetery.
Mr. Graham was born in Wilkes County to Phillip Mitchell and Harriet Elizabeth Davenport Graham Sr. He was a member of New Damascus Baptist Church. Mr. Graham was employed by Just Save Supermarket. Mr. Graham served his Church on the Usher Board and was a Greeter at Sunday services. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
He was preceded in death by his Mother.
Mr. Graham is survived by his father Phillip Graham Sr. and step mother, Anne Graham of North Wilkesboro, one sister; Rebecca A. Graham of North Wilkesboro, three brothers; Phillip M. Graham, Jr., Teddy M. Graham, Samuel Graham all of North Wilkesboro.
