Warren Gene Morris, 91, went home to heaven, February 12, 2015. Warren was born in El Dorado, Kansas, October 23, 1923 to Duncan and Ruth Morris. In WWII, he worked up the ranks becoming Captain in the Army Air Force flying B-29's and by the age of 21 had flown thirty four combat missions in the South Pacific. After World War II Warren entered the University of Oklahoma, earning Engineering and Law Degrees. He entered the real estate profession developing 13 subdivisions and building 1,900 homes. Building a successful law practice he also became a Master Appraiser, Real Estate Broker and a Tulsa County Excise and Equalization Board Member.<-- Warren is survived by his wife of forty years, Carolyn Morris and five children: daughter Christina Eckhoff and husband Mel and children, Melissa Ford and husband Stephen and daughter Charlotte Vanderhoof, son Cameron Kay, son Mike Swafford and his children Matt, Jeff, Joe, Emily, Will, daughter Sally Swafford and children Nathan Gray and wife Priscilla, Sarah McElravy and husband Shane, son Jeff Swafford and wife Irma and children Carli Biddle and husband David, Jenna Barranco and husband Taylor, and Mason Swafford; seven great-grandchildren and many cousins.Services will be held Friday, February 20, 2015 at 3 pm at Stanley Funeral Home, 3959 East 31st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Visitation will be Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 6 pm - 8 pm Interment will be in El Dorado, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Gratitude is extended to New Century Hospice.

The family of USAAC WWII VETERAN CPT Warren Morris has asked the PGR to stand a flag line at his service to be held on 20 Feb 15 at Tulsa, OK.
Services will be held at Stanley Funeral Home at 3959 E 31st St, Tulsa, OK at 1500 hours (3:00pm). There will be no escort as the HERO is being transferred to Kansas for interment.-->
