Lt. Col. Marcus "Bo" Wilson, USAF (Ret.), 81, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015.

He was born in Cedartown, GA on August 8, 1933 to Sam and Eunice Wilson and grew up in Perry, GA.

He joined the Air Force in 1953, retiring as a Command Pilot with over 10,000 hours of flying time.

He was a Baptist all of his life and an active member of Shearer Hills for the past ten years.

Bo was a man of God who loved his country and was an amazing husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 5 siblings, daughter, Patti in May of 2013 and son, Sam in October, 2014.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Sara E. Wilson; daughter, Cynthia C. Wilson; daughter-in-law, Brenda Wilson; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 17, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.

SERVICE:
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2015, 11:00 A.M. at SHEARER HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH, 12615 SAN PEDRO.

Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
