Late of Calumet City, IL., passed away on May 8, 2006. Beloved husband of Lorraine nee Tomsheck. Loving father of John (Sandee), Robert (Maxine), Donald, Carole (Menzo) Kap, and Kurt (Janet). Dear grandfather of Randy, Cerise, Paul, Dean, Craig, Lora, Michael, Stacy, Andrew, Eric, and Jacob; great grandfather of 16 and great great grandfather of two. Fond brother of Dorothy (Raymond) Franson and the late Bertil. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of American Legion Post #330 and V.F.W. Post #8141. Visitation Thursday 2:00 - 9:00 pm at Hennessy - Nowak Funeral Home, 400 Pulaski Rd., (154th St.) in Calumet City. Funeral Friday 10:00 am at the funeral chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
