Anthony Bangor, 42, of 28 Aster Lane, Levittown, died yesterday in Bucks County Hospital, Bristol, following a brief illness. Born in this city, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Bangor, and had been a resident of Levittown area for 19 years. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Levittown, and was a supervisor in the electrical shop at United States Steel Co., Fairless Hills, at the time of his death.

Surviving are his wife, the former Edith VanGroski; four children, Anthony Jr., Nicholas, Mary Anne and James, at home; and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Rose Umbriac, Mrs. Agnes Kowalski, Mrs. Dolores Villano, Mrs. Phyllis Alfiere, Mrs. Marion Greco, Pasco and Frank Bangor, all of this city; Mrs. Ann Shenesky, Conyngham; Mrs. Sara Urosevich, Willingboro, New Jersey; August, Jr., Joseph and James, of Anaheim, California; and James, of Levittown.

The funeral will be held from the Beck-Dougherty Mortuary, Newportville Road, Levittown, at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, with a Mass of the Resurrection in St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
