. LAPORTE - Mr. Thomas C. Woltman, 52, passed away at 12:39 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, at Fountainview Terrace, LaPorte, Ind.
. Mr. Woltman was born on Dec. 29, 1944, in South Bend, Ind. to Edwin and Marjorie (Kaizer) Woltman and had lived in the South Bend area for most of his life.
. He is survived by two sisters, Nancy William of LaPorte, Ind. and Patricia Barnhart of Bremen, Ind., and one brother, James Woltman of LaPorte. He was preceded in death by his parents.
. Mr. Woltman graduated from Central Avenue High School. Then worked as a printer for 35 years at Rink Riverside Printing, South Bend.
. He was a member of the FOP Lodge 36 in South Bend, Ind., the Holy Cross Catholic Church in South Bend, and he was a member of the Maennerchor Club. Mr. Woltman was also a veteran from the Marine Corps, in which he served during the Vietnam Era.
. There will be a private family memorial service held at the Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind.
. Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Woltman's memory to the American Cancer Society.
