56 year old Teresa Hale Waggoner of Smithville passed away Thursday, February 12th at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. She worked at Federal Mogul & attended the Snow Hill Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February, 14, 2015 at 4pm at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Kenneth Clayton will officiate. Burial will be on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 1pm in the National Veterans Cemetery in Nashville. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-8pm & Saturday from 10am until the service time at 4pm. She was preceded in death by parents - Charlie & Lorene Johnson Hale, husband - Larry Foutch & 2 brothers - Jewell Hale & Charles Paul Hale. Survivors include her husband Doug Waggoner of Smithville, 2 Step sons - Kris Waggoner of Sparta, Tim & Angie Foutch of Smithville, 2 Step daughters- Renee Hendrixson & Jamie Woodside both of Smithville, 1 Brother - Danny & Pam Hale of Smithville, 2 Sisters, Deborah & David Coffee of Dowelltown, & Lisa Caldwell of Liberty 5 Step Grandchildren & 7 Step Great grandchildren along with several Nieces and Nephews.
