COOPER, Crystal Lee Of Flint, age 64, died Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 3pm Monday, February 16, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor David Spooner officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Visitation 1-8pm Sunday and 12noon Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Crystal was born in Flint on June 30, 1950, the daughter of the late William and Mildred Cooper and was a resident of the Flint area all of her life. She enjoyed crafting, painting, going to the beach, dancing, music, taking pictures, forming many collections and most importantly, spending time with family and loved ones. Surviving are sons, Cass Cooper and Aaron Cooper both of Flint; daughter, Kimberly Cooper of Flint; grandchildren Edward Buttery, Cody Cooper, Hailie Cooper, Bryce Cooper-Holder, Tanner Cooper and Samantha O'Leary; nephew, Robin Berban and niece, Shawna Lynn (Dave) Burke; also many others who are considered children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by granddaughter, Lilah Rose Austin-Cooper, brothers, John and Maurice and sisters, Barbara Smith, Catherine and Menerva Jane.
