Lillie Mae Duffield, 94, formerly of Hughesville, died at Fort Madison Community Hospital, Fort Madison Iowa. She was born in Salt Lick, Bath County, Kentucky, daughter of George and Amanda Settles Karrick. On January 7, 1920 she married Robert D. Duffield. Mrs. Duffield had lived in Fort Madison the last 11 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Virgil (Eula Marie) Lindberg, Fort Madison. Funeral services were held in Sedalia with the Rev. Wayne Lagriggs officiating. Pallbearers were, Lee Dow, Chris Brown, Billy Joe Ficken, Donald Lewis, Herbert Mittelhauser, and Steve Tevis.
