Vivian Tutterrow Russell, age 91, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Born April 16,1930, in Kingston, Tenn., she graduated from Roane Co. High School and Draughon's Business College. Retired from the Roane County School System, as the Secretary for Kingston Elementary School. She was the current longest recorded member of 80 years at the First Baptist Church, Kingston.

Burial Friday, March 18 at 1:00 p.m. in Roane Memorial Gardens, Hwy. 27, Rockwood, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 215 N. Kentucky St., Kingston, Tenn., the American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
