Obituary for Vivian Tutterrow Russell
Vivian Tutterrow Russell, age 91, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Born April 16,1930, in Kingston, Tenn., she graduated from Roane Co. High School and Draughon's Business College. Retired from the Roane County School System, as the Secretary for Kingston Elementary School. She was the current longest recorded member of 80 years at the First Baptist Church, Kingston.

Her housekeeper, Chantal Breazeale for 20+ yrs. of dedicated service. Her personal Engineer, Cleston Jones who changed her light bulbs but most important, sat by her side until the end. Her niece, Rita Defrees for keeping her brain challenged with Genealogy questions. Garland and Marilyn Ooten for their trips to visit. Her kind, knowledgeable, professional and gentle Nurse, Benjamin Harris, LPN, and other special Nurses of PCM-DOL, the kind and helpful members of her team at Amedysis Hospice, Mitchell Martin, MD, Deborah Graf, FNP-BS, MSN, and all the employees of Tennessee Cancer Specialists. Everyone at Baggett's Pharmacy and Anyone who made her life more pleasant.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 17 from 5:00-7:00p.m. at First Baptist Church, Kingston, with Funeral following at 7:00p.m., Jody Mcloud officiating. Burial Friday, March 18 at 1:00 p.m. in Roane Memorial Gardens, Hwy. 27, Rockwood, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 215 N. Kentucky St., Kingston, Tenn., the American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
