Rhett Thomas Birch 59, a lifelong resident of the Wilford area passed away either the 6th or 7th of February at his home in Wilford.
Rhett was born Nov. 3, 1955 at St. Anthony, Idaho the son of Thomas and Afton Hollist Birch. He graduated from South Fremont High School and attended the Idaho State University where he received a zoology degree. He also attended the University of Washington School of Law. He graduated summa Cumlaud Life Sciences Dept. and was Valedictorian at I.S.U. He was the editor of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal. at the time of his death he was working for David Parke helping impaired and handicapped people.
He is survived by one brother Terrell S. (Julia) Birch of Wilford and a sister Kristen (Jeff) Rydalch, Rexburg.
