Jackie Ray Clayborn was born July 1, 1953, to his parents in Clarksville, Arkansas, and passed away February 10, 2015, at his home in Lamar, Arkansas, at the age of 61. He was a veteran and retired from Tyson Foods.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Squire and Virginia Metzger Clayborn, and a son, Squire Clayborn.

He is survived by his son, Jackie Roy Clayborn of Lamar, Arkansas; three brothers: Danny Clayborn and Steve Clayborn of Lamar, Arkansas, and Charles Napier of Spring, Texas; five sisters: Diania Fox of Ozone, Arkansas, Rhonda Marloe of Clarksville, Arkansas, Cindy Stone of Lamar, Arkansas, Cleta Martin of Russellville, Arkansas, Sue Clayborn of Lamar, Arkansas; and three grandchildren: Connor and Josalyn Clayborn, and Bradlee Parker.

A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Burial will follow in Lamar Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Joe, Ben Chamberlin, Jimmy Hale, Kerry Clayborn, and James Clayborn.
