Sharon Lee Hanson, age 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Salem on Tuesday, July 8th. Sharon was born in Lebanon, Oregon on May 29, 1947 to Betty Rose and Lee Mainwaring.

Sharon married Jim Hanson in Las Vegas and had three children; Kathryn Lueck, Patricia Bonsteel, and Timmy Todd Lueck.

Sharon worked for Aqua America, Timberoof & Siding, and Telzons & Kimbal Homes in her adult life. Sharon loved to bowl and participated in different bowling leagues throughout the years. She also loved archery and roller skating and, most of all, her family. Sharon loved to go shopping and shopping. Sharon's real passion was her family and her Schnauzers. Sharon was always known for her great ability to mulit-task. It delighted Sharon so much to have more grandbabies and great grandbabies. She never did things halfway; she went all out with everything she did. Having her family happy and healthy was what Sharon wanted the most in life.

Sharon is survived by her stepfather Ellis Hallman, sisters Janice and Jeannette, daughters Kathryn Lueck and Patricia Bonesteele. She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Rose, father Lee Mainwaring, sister Julia, husband Jim Hanson, son Timmy Todd Lueck and niece Katrina Weter.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Sharon on Thursday July 17, 2014 at 4:00pm at Keizer Funeral Chapel (4365 River Rd. N, Keizer, OR 97303).
