Age 84, of Fitchburg, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. He was born on May, 2, 1930, in East Orange, N.J., the son of Walter and Melva (Thompson) Wildeck. Bob graduated from East High School in 1948. Bob was a member of the U.S. Navy Mobile Construction Battalion CB, “Seabees,” from 1948 until 1952. He worked for the UW-Madison Physical Plant-Carpenter Shop from 1956 until 1996, retiring as its supervisor. Bob enjoyed farming, cabinetry work, building furniture and numerous other construction projects. He also enjoyed his trips to Wyoming. Bob was preceded in death by his parents.
