She was born in Wake County on December 23, 1947 to the late Jack and Alma Jean White Crews.
She was retired from Western Southern Life Insurance Company.
She is survived by her husband, Jamie Hensley, of the home; daughter, Teresa Blackburn, of Winston Salem; son, Todd Pryor, of Statesville; two sisters, Connie Stewart of Troutman and Pamela Amstein of Iowa; brother, Jeffery Crews, of West Virginia; and two grandchildren, Eli and Emma Blackburn.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Pryor.
Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Hensley on Saturday, October 18th at 1:00 pm at Troutman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Interment will immediately follow in Iredell Memorial Park.
