Harry “Bud” Frederick Greene, Jr. passed away suddenly at his home on February 8, 2015, surrounded by his family. He blessed this world with his arrival on April 4, 1952, the son of the late Harry F. Greene Sr., and Catherine (Williams) Greene.

Nud grew up and attended schools in the Upper Valley.

On June 2, 1979, he married the love of his life and wife of 35 years Marie Harris. The two would stay in Claremont, NH for a number of years before making the move to North Carolina to raise their family.

In 2005, Bud and Marie would make the choice to come back to their roots and settle in Lempster, NH, where bud worked for RDS and Costa Machine, and Matrix Aerospace.

He loved Good Ole Country Music, Harley Davidsons, practical jokes, and was an avid lover of the outdoors. He especially excelled in the arts of Hunting and Fishing. Nothing pleased our father more then to pass this love and passion onto his children and grandchildren.

Bud loved his family immensely and was so proud to be a part of their lives. He truly enjoyed watching his children grow into the men and women he strived so hard to mold them to be. He absolutely loved family gatherings of all types, engaging in conversations with loved ones and good friends, playing practical jokes, and especially loved the sound of laughter. He would do just about anything to hear you laugh! He was the most caring, loving, humorous, heartfelt human being, and he touched the lives of the many who knew him. He was a light for many, he made you find that smirk when you just wanted to cry, and he would be the 1st to give the shirt off his back or the last $1 in his pocket, come here give me a hug, wipe those tears, and give me a huge smile type of man!
Daddy, thank you for sharing your life with us, we are all so proud to be your children and to have shared your life. We will miss you immensely, but never forget your smiling face! May we all honor your memory for generations to come! We LOVE YOU!!

He is survived by his wife Marie Greene of Lempster, Three daughters, Michele Robinson and her husband Michael of Sharon, VT, Chasity Greene-Richards and her husband Robie, of Claremont, NH and Dawnieall Greene of Lempster, NH. Four sons, Harry Greene III, of Newport, NH, Justin Greene, of Lempster, NH, Jeremiah Greene, of Lempster, NH, and Nicholas Greene of Lempster, NH.
