In 1874 she was united in marriage with Wellington White. They resided on a farm at White's Mills until his death in 1898, when she came to Boonville to live. In 1912, she moved to Syracuse, where she has since resided.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clara Bronson of Syracuse and Mrs. Burt D. (Luella) Gardner of Tully; two sisters, Mrs. Herman C. Sears of Boonville and Mrs. Richard S. Shaw of Crystal Dale; a brother, E. James Hawley of Petrie's Corners, and three grandchildren. Two sons, Chester and Alton White passed away a few years ago.
