Mrs. George W. Morris, 70, died at her home in Vidalia.
She was the daughter of Robert and Henrietta Pernell Gray of Lincoln and Columbia County Georgia. She married George W. Morris on April 12, 1877 in Columbia County. The family moved here thirty years ago when the town was quite small.
She was survived by her husband and three sons; Mr. Bennie L. Morris of Ailey, Route 2; Mr. Roy Morris of Vidalia; and Mr. George Morris of Louisiana, and a number of grandchildren and other near relatives.
