All I know is he has died Between 1899 (when last known children born and 1911 (when his wife Nancy Grose marries a 2nd time.
Although Nancy states she is a widow on the 1910 census.
I also have the following info from a source that I have had for many, many years but failed to name source & it is as quoted
"John Bluford Boley is buried at the "Old Boley Cemetery" his headstone is the only marker to this cemetery & it is broken in half."
After following as much as I can on this John I have come to the conclusion that his death is as stated above, however it could between these dates 1905-1911.
Reason being is Nancy has had 6 children all told by the 1910 census with only 2 living according to her info on the census.
Now I can only find records for 3, but with her living son Rufas Milard Boley according to his birth cert he is a 1st born twin & 3rd of 4 children born to Nancy by his birth & including Rufus's birth.
As I am uncertain of which county the Boley Property is I used Mt Nebo for the town because you aren't given the choice of the Wilderness, Nicholas, West Virginia which is where John was last living with his parents in the 1880 census.
