Mrs. Phyllis Hosey Greene, age 59, of Hosey Rd., Bowdon, Ga., passed away Monday May 21, 2007. She was born February 7, 1948 in Carroll County, Georgia, to the late Dorothy Louise Lovvorn Hosey and James "Hoyt" Hosey. Mrs. Greene was a retired beautician and a member of Sandy Flat Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas R. Greene; an aunt, Hazel Hosey of Bowdon and also a number of cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday May 25, 2007 at 3 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Brian Smith and Rev. Jimmy Parmer officiating. Pall bearers will be Frank Clonts, Tommy Hosey, Terry Hosey, Tracey Hosey, Rob Kilgore, Jeff Gibbs and Steve Norton. In accordance with Mrs. Greene's wishes, her body will be cremated.
Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel of Carrollton has charge of the arrangements.
