Deborah S. Fowler, Chesaning, MI Passed away on Sunday January 23, 2010 at home. Age 50 years. She was born on November 9, 1960 in Saginaw to the late Ross and Barbara (Hurley) Santino. She had been employed as a head start teacher with Capitol Area Community Services in Owosso. Surviving is her sister, Kathy Astbury of Gaylord and a brother, James Santino of Saginaw, also 2 great nieces. She was preceded in death by her very special daughter Felicia, but she has been blessed with the continuing friendship of so many of her friends. Deb also had many other dear friends and neighbors. Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm from the Walker-Martin Funeral Home, Chesaning. Pastor Tim Behnke will officiate with burial in St John’s Cemetery, Marion Springs. Friends may call at the Funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to St John’s Lutheran Church, Marion Springs or your favorite charity.
