Norman Dennis, 71, of Linden Drive, Keyser, WV, died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.

Born on March 12, 1943 at Chester, PA, he was a son of Concetta (Chieffo) Dennis of Marcus Hook, PA and the late Melvin Dalton Dennis.

Mr. Dennis was a 1961 graduate of St. James Catholic High School in Chester, PA and received his degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War and was employed as a park ranger at the Jennings Randolph Lake and Campground. An active member of the Friends of Jennings Randolph Lake, he was very instrumental in the construction of the Shaw Beach and the handicapped pond at the lake, as well as spearheading the annual Deer Hunt for the Handicapped on the lake grounds.
