My sweet Katie. My nicknames for her were Katiedid and Katie Monster, or just Monster. I can still see her sweet face behind her scared eyes, the first time I saw her, when she was just 8 weeks old. She was so loving, with a soft demeanor. She loved tummy rubs and lying next to me on the couch while I watched TV. She was my sweet girl for over 16 years and brought me so much joy, happiness, and unconditional love. I miss her dearly.
