She was born Dec. 31, 1971 to David T. Collins and Carol Sue(Coulston)Collins in Shelbyville.
Survivors include her mother of Shelbyville; children, Devin Judson Ross, Amanda Sue Ross and Brandon Ross, all of Shelbyville; brother, Timothy D. Collins; and best friend, Scott Alvis of Shelbyville.
She was preceded in death by her father. Kim was a graduate of Clearwater High School in Florida. She lived in Florida until her children were born and then moved to Indiana.
She enjoyed camping and gardening. Kim was the secretary at the American Legion.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville. American Legion Auxiliary rites will be conducted at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at the funeral home, with Robert Prather officiating.
Burial will be at Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens in Shelbyville.
