Cindy, 56, died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. She was born August 9, 1958 to Carolyn and LaVern Buttz.Cindy worked at UnityPoint Pediatric clinic in Ankeny. She enjoyed watching the Food Network and Hallmark channels, going to the beach and being the person who planned family event, but above all, family was most important to her.Cindy is survived by her daughter, Alysse; her mother Carolyn; brothers, Tim and Michael; step sons, Dave and Mike; 2 granddaughters and one grandson; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, LaVern.
