"Frank M. May, Local Realty Dealer, Dies.

Frank M. May, well known Berkeley realty man, passed away this morning at his home at 2348 Marin Avenue, following a sudden illness. A native of [Chicago] Illinois, Mr. May had been in the real estate business here for the past 35 years. Prior to coming here he taught school in Walnut Creek. He was a graduate of the San Jose Normal School, now the State Teachers College, and was a member of the North Congregational Church and of the Hillside Club.

Mr. May is survived by his widow, Mrs. Eva May [nee Eva Sarah Preston], and by two daughters, Evelyn and Marjorie May. He also leaves three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. W. J. Mortimer, Mrs. A. W. Bailey, Mrs. Gertrude Watt, Robert May and William B. May.

Funeral arrangements have not been completed."
